One of my favorite things to do is to work with individual clients. Every person comes to work an unique set of circumstances and issues that behaviorally reveal themselves in a different manner. From the very beginning, in a collaborative manner we will ferret out the most significative problems to focus during our meetings.
Together, we will prioritize where to focus to alleviate, as soon as possible, negative and painful symptoms or issues that brought you to this point. Among other things, we can look for triggers, identify positive and negative patterns of behavior, reframe ideas, and thoughts and improve coping mechanisms.
My passion is to help my clients figure out the core conflict that is the source of the issue, to figure out what works and what doesn’t so my clients live in accordance with their values.
